Excuse the Dust this Thrifty Thursday

I am in the midst of doing an overhaul and have no clue what I am doing, so if things go wonky, forgive me. I am the kind of person goes along with the flow as opposed to making the plan first.

I will keep it simple since my brain is full of HTML.

I bought 2 of these plastic fence post toppers for a whopping $1 at ReStore. Stay tuned for some fabulous book end transformations.

Picked up yet another jewelry box for 50 cents.

Can’t remember if I have shown this before….I paid a couple of bucks.

Sort of a lackluster week for thrifty finds, but the sun has been out & it was too beautiful to be shopping.

NOTE: When at the beach, don’t let your dog fall asleep on your leg. I have a silhouette of Murphy Grace’s head on mine. Gives a whole new meaning to the term ‘tan line’.

Looks like great finds! I can't wait to get back to thrift shopping. Unfortunately, until DH goes back to working steady again I'm stuck at home.

I am loving the jewelry box - it's too cute! Oh, and that bundt cake below looks divine. Yum :)

I love collars on Bocephus, but my husband hates hearing them jingle when he has his tags on them, lol. So, I've haven't bought any in a long time. I tried putting them on our two cats, but they freak out and refuse to wear any - good thing they're inside kitties. *lol*

My husband likes muffins for the same reason. He doens't usually like to have a big breakfast in the summer, so muffins are right up his alley. I may have to play aorund with the cookbook this weekend, I'll let you know how it goes.

Ohhh Godiva, yum. :) I love their hot chocolate, it's my all time favorite. *lol* I wasn't a huge fan of their chocolates persay, or maybe rich broght home a kind I didn't like. May hve to give it a try again sometime.

I'm not too hard on chocolates... I have to admit, I love my M&M's/Hershey for snacks. *lolS*

I don't even have to stay tuned for the final fence topper result...I LOVE IT! The tan line thing was so funny, reminded me of the time my dog ran through poison ivy and then stood next to me wagging his tail.
